No recall in progress

As of 22 October 2026, no Lumea Deco product is subject to a withdrawal or a recall.

This page is updated as soon as a measure is decided. Should a recall occur, you would find here the references and batch numbers concerned, the nature of the risk, what to do and the terms of refund or replacement.

Report an incident or a defect

If one of our products has caused an incident, shows a defect or seems dangerous to you, write to us at info@lumeadeco.com with “safety” in the subject line.

So that we can act quickly, please state:

  • the product reference and its batch number, shown on the packaging;
  • the date and place of purchase;
  • a description of what happened, and the type of container used where applicable;
  • photographs if you have any.

We acknowledge every report and keep you informed of the action taken.

What we do with a report

Every report is recorded and linked to the batch concerned. If examination reveals a risk, we take the necessary corrective measures and inform the competent market surveillance authorities, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety.

The retailers who distribute our products are informed at the same time.
