It all started with frustration: we often bought candles, but in the end... we never finished them. Too much waste, too much trash.
My husband and I decided to look for an alternative. We wanted a candle that was beautiful, effective, but above all, eco-friendly and sustainable. For months, we tested, we doubted, we started again. Until we created our own pearl candle, refillable, biodegradable, and unique.
We did everything ourselves, from the concept to the packaging, with a single idea: to offer a product that makes sense and respects both the planet and your desires.
Today, we share this adventure with you through our candles, but also decorative objects, all selected with love.

Why the name LUMEA?
The name LUMEA is directly inspired by the word “light”, the central element of our universe.
We wanted to create a soft, luminous, universal word that evokes the warmth of a flame, the clarity of a moment, and the ambiance of an interior.
In Romanian, “lumea” means “the world” or “the people,” a beautiful way to express our mission:
